Halloween Happenings.

I'm not much of a scary movie person, I don't like to watch scary movies because I get scared to easily. However my favorite movie that has the spooky vampire feel, is Twilight! Not only do I think Taylor Lautner and Rob Pattinson are very attractive, I love the feel that movie gives off. My favorite part in the movie is when Edward sees Bella for the 1st time in science class.
I personally don't like Kristin Stewart, she drives me NUTS but once I get over the fact Edward and Jacob both have a crush on a girl that drives me crazy, I enjoy the movie.
November 20, can not come soon enough, on this special date New Moon comes out aka the Twilight sequel. I'm most looking forward to see Taylor Lautner with his freshly chopped of hair and his fabulous new body, I realize that might sound creepy but everyone was thinking it, I was just the one to say it.

My all time favorite Halloween candy would either be Carmel Apple Suckers and Hershey bars. However my FAVORITE part of Halloween is sorting my candy, and yeah I know that is really lame and nerdy but I can't help it. I love seeing the different kinds and amounts I get each year.

When I was little I was every princess for Halloween, and Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. She was my obsession. This year however my Halloween costume is on the last minuet side, but I am being a Tooth Fairy! I'm very excited.

This halloween I had my friends over before we went Tricker Treathing, it included Bridget,Rachel,Brooke,Kelly,Gabe,Taylor,Ally and the other Brooke! After tricker treating we went to a haunted house in my neighborhood it was so spooky, they jumped out onto your car. I would say Ally was most scared because the man with the mask was at her window, and her mom rolled do the window! It was really funny! After that we all came back and sorted our candy and watched a movie! I'd say it was a really fun Halloween other than the fact Bridget got sick, but she is better now!

Oh Jillian.

Best Friends: someone that is always there for you. I think the person who can best fit this description is my sister Jillian. Yes we do fight like all siblings and she has hit me with a spatula, and threw a shoe at me but I still love her. Jillian is a 6th grader at Riley Upper Elementary.
Jillian is one of the funniest people I have ever met; she is like my Uncle Jim they are always cracking jokes and making people laugh, without trying. Jillian can make anyone laugh and always breaks the ice if someone is in a fight, with her humor. Jillian and I have many common inserts including we love to dance, we love the same music including Taylor Swift, Jonas Brothers, Lady Ga Ga, and Beyonce. Jillian also loves to dance however this summer she had knee surgery this summer so she can't dance for 3 months it is killing her because Jillian is a very active sole. She is always outside with her "running crew" or riding her bike, dancing or playing basketball. So for Jillian not being able to do any physical activity for 3 months it’s a real killer.

Family Vacations are always fun with Jillian because she is always being a jokester and prankster. Our favorite family vacation was Mexico we went for spring break 3 years ago and are going back this spring break. Jillian though it would be funny to throw ice cubes off the balcony on our trip in Chicago this summer, she got in trouble but my parents started laughing when they were yelling at her because she was cracking another joke.

In her spare time Jillian enjoying dancing, making bracelets, and especially hanging outside, she is ALWAYS outside we have a very active neighborhood with plenty of kids so she always has a “running crew”.
The bottom line is Jillian and I will always be there for eachother, even when there are times she wants to throw a shoe at me, I will always be there for her too. Friends may come and go but siblings are forever.

Swine Flu

As my little sister Jillian came home from school yesterday with a note from school saying someone had the H1N1 flu, I fell into panic. I wouldn't call myself a "germ freak" but I was a bit taken back that someone in our little town of Livonia had swine flu. It made me want to learn more about it, and keep hand sanitizer in my purse.

In the past 3 years flu seasons the number of deaths has ranged from 47 to 88 per year. Now we have 76, and it is only October says Los Angles Times. The H1N1 Virus is also known as the “swine flu’’. Its biggest threats are young children and pregnant women. Karin McHugh almost died from the H1N1 virus while pregnant.

The H1N1 symptoms are fever, feeling badly, muscle aches and pains, sore throat, older children and young adults can get a cough, a dry cough. And so, those are really rather typical. However some people are saying people are being over dramatic about this virus. Many people are saying the swine flu is more the “Media Flu’’ and it is just being brought to so many people’s attention because the media is making a large deal of it.
I personally don’t think that the media is making a big deal. I think that we would rather be safe than sorry, be ready and prepared for the worst. Even if there isn’t a worst to come American and other countries can be ready. Other Countries are also being affected by the swine flu.
Everyone says that the best way to avoid the swine flu is wash your hands, just like any other infection or virus keeping your hands clean is the best way to prevent the flu. The most common way to catch the swine flu is coming in contact with door handles. Door handles are very germy and we come in contact with them often and then rub our eyes and touch our face. People around the world are doing everything to prevent the swine flu, Are you?

Dreams really do come True!

The Jonas Brothers are my favorite singers/songwriters/Actors. I am A Jonas junkie and proud of it. I don't care what people think of me and I realize that I love the same band that 7 year olds like but that does not stop me. I have been to 4 hopefully going on 5 concerts. My favorite Jonas Brothers Concert I went too was the first one "When you look me in the Eyes''. I healed Kevin Jonas's hand and touched Joe’s wrist and Nicks thumb. I thought that was the best night of my life until July 26 came along.

My Cousin Laura is also a very big Jonas Brother fan. We both remaness on the memories of our past Jonas Concerts. Laura's dad is very sick, he has had many surgeries he is paralyzed and can't not walk he has a tumor wrapped around his spinal cord. Something as simple as getting up to get a glass of water or changing the channel he cannot do. His family has been amazing to say the least of the last 13 years of his life they have to do everything for him! I though Laura needed a little boost of Beliefs, when they told her family her father only had 2-5 days to live. It was a stab in the heart for everyone. I felt like I couldn't let my cousin Laura give up her sense of hope and love towards her dad.

I wore letters, tons and tons of letters to Team Jonas, The Jonas Brothers on Face book and MySpace, Twitter and the local radio stations. I was starting to lose a little hope myself. However I was checking my email while on a trip in Wisconsin and saw a response from Blaine, for 96.3 Blaine and Lisa with Allison, Laura’s family really touched him and he took action! He asked a few questions about her family, he also asked to see a picture of Laura and her dad. With in 1 hour we had gone back and forth via email at least 15 times. And finally the moment I had been waiting for and email from Blaine saying: I have contacted Hollywood Records and got Laura and You 4 meet and greet passes.

I couldn’t wait to tell Laura, we are always the first people to tell each other everything. So When Blaine said he wanted to have us on the air the next morning to tell Laura, I had to wait at least 12 whole hours to tell Laura the biggest Secret Ever! It seemed like forever. When Laura found out I thought she was going to pee she thought we were playing a joke or Phone scamming her.
